Foshan IFS / Mission Day Before Party – Saturday On-site Guide





Thanks to everyone’s support, the Foshan IFS / Mission Day Before Party on Saturday afternoon will have an on-site activity area set up in the Huaxia Hall, Carrianna Hotel Foshan. All Agents are welcome to come for on-site check-in, free souvenir pickup, pre-order merchandise pickup, limited on-site merchandise sales, BIOCARD / swag exchange, community booths, and the group photo at 16:00.

Venue: Huaxia Hall, Carrianna Hotel Foshan
Venue open time: 14:30 – 18:00
IFS official event time: 15:00 – 17:00
To receive IFS event credit (+1), Agents must complete the IFS Google Form check-in and hack the designated IFS Check-in / Supply Portal during the official IFS time window, 15:00–17:00.

Please note that 14:00 – 14:30 is reserved for staff setup. Players are generally not allowed to enter before 14:30. If setup is completed earlier, the organizing team will announce in the group whether early entry is possible.

There will be no decoding puzzle for this IFS. At 15:30, staff will display the IFS Passcode directly on the screen for on-site Agents to redeem on a fastest-fingers-first basis.

The ITO EN raffle will be held at 20:00 ONLINE. Please refer to the separate raffle rules for details.


Quick Schedule

From 14:30 – Entry begins
Agents may check in, collect free souvenirs and paper bags, pick up pre-ordered merchandise, browse on-site merchandise, exchange BIOCARDs / swag, and socialize.

15:30 – IFS Passcode announcement
The Passcode will be displayed on the screen at 15:30 and will be available for redemption by on-site Agents. Please note that redemption is limited and may be claimed quickly.

15:55 – Pickup and sales areas pause new queues
Please move toward the LED screen / main hall area and prepare for the group photo. Agents are encouraged to bring their regional flags.

16:00 – 16:15 – Group photo
All Agents are encouraged to join. Please keep your personal belongings with you.

16:15 – 17:45 – Activities resume
Pre-order pickup, on-site sales, BIOCARD exchange, official BIOCARD redemption, player booths, and free social time will continue.

17:45 – 18:00 – Final reminder and wrap-up
Agents who have not yet completed pickup or purchases should do so as soon as possible.

18:00 – Venue closes
Please follow staff instructions and leave the venue in an orderly manner.


Suggested On-site Flow

After arriving on Saturday, please follow this general order:

  1. Go to the Check-in Area first to complete on-site check-in and collect free souvenirs / paper bag.
  2. Visit the On-site Merchandise Display & Sales Area if you would like to view samples or purchase available stock.
  3. Go to the Pre-order Pickup Area if you have a pre-order.
  4. If there are any issues with your order, payment, proxy pickup, size, or quantity, please go to the Issue Handling Area.
  5. Enjoy free social time, BIOCARD exchange, swag exchange, official BIOCARD redemption, or player booths.
  6. At 16:00, gather near the LED screen / main hall area for the group photo.

The expected flow is:

Entrance Queue → Check-in Area → Free Souvenir / Paper Bag Pickup → On-site Merchandise Display → Pre-order Pickup → Issue Handling Area → Social / BIOCARD / Booth Area → Main Hall / LED Screen Area

If you are only coming for check-in, free souvenirs, BIOCARD exchange, or social time, you do not need to queue for pre-order pickup. Please complete check-in first and then follow staff guidance to the relevant area.


Check-in & Free Souvenir Pickup

A check-in area will be set up on-site. Agents should first show staff the completed IFS Google Form check-in page and their in-game Profile / Agent ID. Staff may take a photo or record the Agent ID for later verification.

After on-site confirmation, Agents may collect the free souvenir set and paper bag.

The free souvenir set is expected to include:

  • Paper bag
  • Folded mission map
  • Cards
  • Hand fan
  • Foshan Enlightened / Resistance logo fridge magnet (Choose ONE)

To speed up the process, free souvenirs will be pre-packed as much as possible. If you have questions about quantity, missing items, or special situations, please go to the Issue Handling Area.


On-site Merchandise Sales

A merchandise display and sales area will be available on Saturday. Agents may check product samples, confirm item, size, style, and quantity, then complete payment on-site.

On-site stock is limited and available while supplies last.

If there are payment issues, product quality concerns, or disputes about size / style, please follow staff instructions and proceed to the Issue Handling Area.

Payment for on-site sales is currently Alipay only. If you are unable to use Alipay, please go to the Issue Handling Area for assistance.


Pre-order Merchandise Pickup

Agents who have completed pre-orders may pick up their merchandise at the Pre-order Pickup Area.

Pickup process:

Verify Agent ID and email / order information → Staff prepare the order → Agent checks item style, size, and quantity → Agent signs the pickup sheet with Agent ID → Pickup completed

Please carefully check all items before leaving the pickup area. Once signed, the order is generally considered confirmed and received on-site. If any issue is found, please go to the Issue Handling Area immediately.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Agent ID, with Profile page shown
  • Email / last four digits of the payment order number
  • Order screenshot, or your own confirmation of purchased quantity for faster checking

Proxy Pickup

If someone else will pick up your pre-order on your behalf, the proxy must provide:

  • The original buyer’s Agent ID
  • Email / last four digits of the payment order number
  • Order screenshot and/or authorization screenshot from the original buyer
  • The proxy Agent must sign the pickup sheet with their own Agent ID and indicate that it is a proxy pickup

After proxy pickup is signed, it will be considered that the proxy has completed the on-site item check on behalf of the original buyer. Please confirm all item details, sizes, and quantities with each other in advance to avoid disputes afterward.


Issue Handling Area

Please go directly to the Issue Handling Area beside the small stage if you encounter any of the following:

  • Order cannot be found
  • Agent ID does not match email or order information
  • Proxy pickup information needs verification
  • Shared orders / gift splitting issues
  • Payment screenshot issues
  • Disputes about item quantity
  • Payment completed but no record found in the order form

Agents who simply wish to purchase additional on-site merchandise should return to the On-site Merchandise Display & Sales Area as instructed by staff.


BIOCARD / Swag Exchange / Booth Area

A BIOCARD and swag exchange area will be available on Saturday. After completing check-in, souvenir pickup, and merchandise pickup, Agents are welcome to visit the exchange area to trade BIOCARDs, swap swag, and socialize.

Details for the official BIOCARD redemption point and player booth rules will be announced on-site.


Group Photo

The group photo will take place at 16:00 in the main hall / LED screen area. Please follow the guidance of the host and staff.

Group photo timeline:

  • 15:50 – Pickup and sales areas start controlling new queues
  • 15:55 – Pickup and sales areas stop accepting new queues; ongoing orders will be completed as much as possible
  • 16:00 – 16:15 – Group photo
  • 16:15 – Pickup, sales, and social activities resume

After 15:55, please avoid extending pickup or sales queues and move toward the LED screen / main hall area for the group photo.
